How long we keep it
Enquiry data: up to 24 months. Contract data: 7 years for tax and accounting. Server logs: up to 30 days.
Sharing
We use a small number of trusted processors (hosting, email, analytics) under written agreements. We do not sell personal data.
International transfers
Where data leaves the UK, transfers are protected by adequacy decisions or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
